Location & Direction

NIPFP is located in a Special Institutional Area. The nearest known bus stops are called Ber Sarai and FAI.  It is situated on the  road opposite Jawaharlal Nehru Universitys(JNU), East Gate.

Approaching from the domestic or international airports, one comes towards Munirka on the Outer Ring Road (also known as the Olof Palme Marg), then turn right under the flyover into Aruna Asaf Ali Marg (road).  The Ber Sarai bus stop is on the left about 300 yards into this road. After crossing the second red light, one can see on the right side JNU East Gate and on the left, is the  Canara Bank, followed by a South Indian Kamakshi Temple.  The first left turn leads to NIPFP.  The distance is about 18 kilometers.

If one is  approaching from the city centre (say, Cannaught Place), come via Africa Avenue, turn left at the T-junction with the Outer Ring Road, turn first left into Aruna Asaf Ali Marg. Rest as stated above.
